This power switch offers 5 of C13 receptacles for power supplies up to 5 servers/UPS and controlled through its software interface installed on a PC host through USB hookup.

Its setup is all just plug and play with no driver installation needed when hooked up with PC.

Users can easily turn the power on/off on each individual outlet/port of this power switch through the software installed on the PC host connected with USB cable.

All 5 power outlets are protected with a built-in 20-Amp circuit breaker to prevent system overload events and protect connected devices.

No networking and no IP setup needed. Users may remotely control this USB-based power switch by using one of those remote desktop software for remote access and control of the PC that this power switch connected into.

Support DLL, users can create their own custom API.

Easy LED Indicators
The LEDs on this power switch indicate different status as follows:

  • Solid LED: PDU power switch ready for USB connection with PC host.

  • Slow flashing LED (once per second): PDU power switch is in the middle of establishing connection with PC host.

  • Fast flashing LED (twice per sec): PDU power switch is already connected with PC host.

API Function Support For Programming And System Integration
This power switch provides API interface for programmers or engineers to develop application for various functions including:

[1]: Power On/Off Buttons: Press each of the 5 power buttons to turn the power on/off for each individual outlet/port.
[2]: Retrieve Amount (For API use only): Press this button to display how many devices are connecting to this power switch.
[3]: Acquire Power Status by Index (For API use only): Acquire the power status of the PORT by index.
[4]: Retrieve Power Status by Serial Number (For API use only): Acquire power status of the PORT by serial number.
[5]: Info Display (For API use only): Display device name and serial number of selected device.
[6]: Device List (For API use only): List all powered devices connected. Device power switch status will be displayed when select any one of them.

Overload Circuit Breaker
A 20-Amp circuit breaker is built into the circuitry of this power controller unit for protection and prevent damages happened to connected devices when power overload event occurs.
