Product Warranty Period

  • All of our products are covered with 45-day money back guarantee and 90-day product warranty unless specified otherwise.

Incorrect Incomplete Missing Item Policy

  • Buyers must report any incorrect, incomplete or missing items in their delivery within 10 days of the package being marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided by the delivery carrier.

General Return Policy

  • All returns for refund and exchange requests must contact us to obtain a RMA number issued first before return.
  • All returned packages for refunds must be returned with the original accessories included. Items returned without the complete accessories included will be accessed for a fee and deducted from the refund.
  • Buyers shall return back units at their own expenses.

Damaged Or Defaced Product Returns

  • If the returned product has any cosmetic defects, such as scratches, defacing, damage, or signs of use that affect its resale value, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% to 30%. The condition of the product will be assessed upon return, and if it is determined that the product has been damaged or altered, this fee will apply.
     
  • No Refund ?
    • No return or exchange requests after 45 days from the date of delivery.;
    • If the damage to the product is beyond minor cosmetic issues and renders it unsellable, refund may not be issued.
    • No refund if products were returned without RMA number authorized.
       
  • Shipping Charge Refundable ?
    • The original shipping is not refundable.
       

Replacement Warranty Policy

  • Return for replacement/repair service is available within 90 days of purchase.
  • Buyers shall return back units at their own expenses if repair/ replacement services are requested.
  • Buyers will be charged for return shipping and handling fee after repair/ replacement services are rendered.
