This external analog cable TV tuner is an all-in-1 unit as a video up-converter, video switcher and CATV tuner box with outstanding 1080p or  1920x1200 pixels VGA output with sharp video quality. 

TV channel or video input source selection and other functions can be controlled by using the supplied IR remote or push buttons on the unit. 

Manual buttons are for basic functions like power on/off, video input selection, TV channel up/down and volume control. 

Advanced features like Picture-In-Picture, Mute, On-Screen system menu are available through the IR remote.

This device supports multiple video signal inputs from:

  • RF or coax feeds for analog cable TV outlet, modulator, 
  • Satellite receiver with CH3/CH4 TV out and other RF modulated systems.
  • digital media player such as DVD or signage player

Universal Analog TV Tuner With VGA Output
The RF input of this TV tuner converter supports worldwide analog RF TV channel frequencies and standards including NTSC, PAL B/G/D/K/I, PAL M/N and SECAM.

It works for all regions in the world and able to decode all standard analog cable TV channels. [Note: This tuner does not support decoding of UHF/VHF channels]

Real-Time Picture-In-Picture Video Processor
This unit supports VGA pass-through for hookup with VGA output from computer or DVR. 

This allows users to use a regular LCD monitor or projector to display TV channel, DVD movie, surveillance cam or video game while using computer at the same time on one screen as picture-in-picture (PIP).

The available PIP control functions includes:
